Earning a place on The World’s Most Admired Wine Brands 2022, a list that is compiled every year by the prestigious British magazine Drinks International is a great achievement. This year, for the third time in the history of this list, Bodegas Faustino is a part of this select group that includes 9 Spanish brands, ranked number 23. It is well-deserved recognition of the extraordinary work, dedication and attention to quality and excellence by the team, distributors and family that make up Bodegas Faustino. 

The exclusive list is the result of a survey of more than 200 experts in the sector from 48 country, comprising sommeliers, buyers, wholesalers, bar owners, writers, educators and other specialists.

The choice of the fifty most admired brands takes into account aspects such as the quality and consistency of the wine, value for money and the strength of branding. Being an undisputed global leader and continuing to make a range with different levels of quality wines, combining the best of tradition and modernity, are just some of the reasons why the judges considered placing Bodegas Faustino among the top 25 places in this specialist journal.

The Faustino brand is highly recognised by consumers and is globally admired, values that are increasingly appreciated at this time. Located in Oyón, in the Spanish province of Álava, the Bodega Faustino winery possesses the greatest collection of legendary DOCa Rioja vintages and 750 hectares of vineyards in the Rioja Alavesa subregion spread out between Laguardia and Oyón.
